1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing StrikeRates.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. StrikeRates is currently in a "Market Validation" phase; features and services are subject to change.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

StrikeRates is a technology platform providing software infrastructure and analytics only. We provide tools for users to model private equity data and access market intelligence via our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ecosystem.

3. NO FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVICE

StrikeRates is NOT a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or tax professional. We do not facilitate securities transactions, negotiate financing terms, or receive transaction-based compensation.

• Informational Purposes Only: Content provided on the Site is for educational and informational purposes.
• No Solicitation: Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities.

4. USER SUBMISSIONS & ANONYMITY

When you submit information to "Access Equity Intelligence," you agree to provide accurate data. StrikeRates utilizes an anonymization process to strip Personally Identifiable Information (PII) before processing asset profiles within our analytics infrastructure.

For ecosystem participants submitting information to the "Infrastructure Waitlist", you agree to provide accurate business information. We collect this data during our Phase 0 demand validation to assess integration viability and to provide sandbox documentation when available.

5. ECOSYSTEM INTEGRATIONS

StrikeRates provides technology infrastructure APIs that allow ecosystem participants to integrate with the platform. We do not introduce parties or facilitate deals. We are not responsible for any independent relationships or outcomes derived from data modeled through our software.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeRates and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software platform or any subsequent actions taken based on our analytical modules.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and all content, tools, models, and services provided through it are offered on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. StrikeRates does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results derived from its analytical tools will be accurate or reliable. You use the platform and any outputs it generates at your own risk.

8. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use StrikeRates. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS
